Swiss Ball Workout

Swiss Ball Bridge is achieved by the initial kneeling position with the ball in front and the forearms placed on the ball. Slowly lift your knees off the floor as you straighten the legs until the only left portion touching the floor is the ball of the feet. You have to make sure that your back is flat and your hips are in a neutral position. You can do this by pulling the belly button to the spine as you hollow your waist as you move on to tucking your glutes while doing the exercise. Hold momentarily until about 45 to 60 seconds as you breath through your pursed lips.
